The interview process was very extensive and was over 6 weeks, including 5 interviews. The first discussion with the recruiter was very short basically setting up an interview with the hiring manager. The 2nd, 3rd & 4th interviews were with partners of the position. Following the last interview, I sent follow up emails to the recruiters and did not here anything back for 4 weeks. A few weeks later, one of the recruiters called me and mentioned that the team was interested in moving forward and stated that "it seemed promising". The same day, I had an email with a different recruiter to set up a conversation with the hiring manager for the next week. I had a final meeting with the hiring manager, which ended up being another round of questioning and then was completely ghosted by the company. I reached out to the recruiter(s) with no response. Come to find out via LinkedIn job board that the job had been re-posted. I was never notified that I was no longer under consideration.
