I interviewed with 7 people in total over video-conference, since this was for a remote position. Had 6 interviews on one day. Followed by a final round. The interview experience was overall very relaxed and put me at ease. Having previously worked at Calix, most of the interviews involved questions about my previous work experience with the company and what I worked on following that.

A series of seven 30-minute interviews over Zoom. Everyone one was very professional and courteous. From the initial call through acceptance I became more certain this is an excellent company and I wanted to be a part of it.
