2 separate interviews -- First with a staffer mainly behavioral questions. Second interview was with the Chief of Staff-- asking situational questions as well as more behavioral questions, primarily about motivations and challeneges.

What is your understanding of the legislative process, and why do you want to work for this particular senator.
The interview was quick and to the point, the interviewers were polite and seemed interested in our conversation. I did feel a bit rushed through the interview process, though, at times.
I interviewed at the capitol. Very informal. Asked minimal questions. The interviewer didn't even show up, so the lady at the front desk interviewed me instead. Overall, an okay experience.
