I had a transcribed video interview and then a 2:1 video interview including the President/CEO (c-suite). In the middle of the interview, they cut me off because they "respected my time too much to let me finish the interview," after realizing I didn't have what they were looking for. I could see the interviewers messaging each other throughout the interview and at one point, smirking at a message received. That was distracting and insulting and the experience in general was humiliating, degrading, and dehumanizing.
