Applied online, then I got a phone interview where the HR rep asked basic questions about your background and why you want the position. Then had to fill out a personality test. 2 weeks later was asked to come in for an interview. Met with an HR rep, then a manager in the department I was applying for and then a supervisor. All asked about experience and qualities I possess. Didnt get past the 1st round. Would have met with 2 employees from the investment team and then a 3rd round to meet with the President.
