I was interviewed by the district manager and then the director of operations. After that I did a job preview for fours hours at one of the busiest stores. After a background check I was given an offer. A a week maybe two was how long the process took.

You have two employees one is a star employee and the other is average. Both have come in late this past week more than once how do you handle it?
It was an easy interview. Seemed fair and unbiased. They seemed interested in my goals. Told me their company goals. Let me know their expectations. Overall realistic and personable interview
