I had seen this position posted for many months and finally decided to apply. I asked them why the position had been reposed so many times, but no clear answer was given. I first was screened by HR, then scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. I did not feel that the hiring manager and I connected in our meeting and was not surprised I did not make it further in the process and was somewhat relieved, as I may have reconsidered myself as an interested party after our meeting

Phone screen with an internal recruiter then meet with a AR manager and HR team members. Finally I had to meet with the pompous CFO. Overall it moved quickly and received an offer.
