      The entire process was about 6 hours, it was an open-panel interview, there are couple rounds for the interview and each round the interviewers asked different questions about the job.

      Entrevista

      I applied online and got an invitation by email to a panel interview. When we got there, we checked in and were told to chat with other candidates. A couple of people were late and HR person told them they couldn't be in the interview, but they gave her excuses and she let them in. I don't think it was fair as most of us arrived at least 15-30 minutes earlier than the time instructed. There were about 40 people there. When the time came, we lined up first name alphabet order and were told the person to the left would be my partner, then we went into the room where managers were waiting. We were instructed to talk to the partner to find out about him/her and introduce him to the group in 30 seconds. Some people spent way more than that. After the introduction, we picked a card from a basket and answered the question on the card. When that's finished, managers and HR person went to another room to discuss the result and then we were separated into two groups. One was moving forward (about 10 people) and the other was let go. They were looking to see if we "performed" well in a group setting and if we had a personality they were looking for, so your experience and qualifications do not matter in this panel. You need to pretend to be super perky, be an actor, and present yourself well. I saw some of them were not friendly at all when they were not in front of the panel. Being polite and respectful which are essential to customer service would not really work for this panel because a couple of people were interrupting when other people were talking to the group and some dressed like they were going to a club when we were asked to dress business professional, but those were chosen to move forward. I was not very impressed with this process and I now understand why some of the employees at Caesars Palace are so rude and can't even answer simple questions. I was in the group that is moving forward, but now I'm not sure if I really want to. I expected more from Caesars.
