Entrevista
I went to the Employment Center, filled out an application there in the office via computer and chose a couple of positions I was interested in. The HR rep told me she would forward my application to the chosen departments and if they were interested they would get in touch with me.
I felt like I was being brushed off, so I went to one of the many couches placed around the office and sat down. Later one of the reps asked if they could help me, so I told them about the positions I had applied for, and one of them said she would call the department and see if she could get an interview if I wanted. I told her that yes, I was prepared to wait, and sat down again. About an hour later another rep noticed I was still there, and then asked if I wanted to take a skills test and I agreed, so I went back to the computer and took a couple of compatability/multiple choice tests and filled in the blanks of departments I was interested in working for. By that time it was late so I left.
Early the next morning over coffee at home I thought about the answers I had given on the compatability tests and wanted to expand my area of possibility, so I filled out another application online on my home computer and wrote that I was interested in Slots, an area in which I had no experience. About an hour and a half later I received a call from an HR interviewer, who set up a time for me to come in for an interview. I went the next morning and she gave me tips on the upcoming panel interview which I was required to attend the next week. I passed that one and was granted permission to have an interview in the casino with the Slot Manager, who eventually hired me.
This whole process took weeks! I had to keep telephoning HR and the Slot Department to get things going and eventually get hired. Part of the time was taken up in getting my Gaming license, since there are only certain days certain casinos can have their people get licenses. That took ten days from the time I applied.
Orientation lasted a whole week and was excruciatingly thorough. But at least we all knew we were hired and getting paid finally, so most of us relaxed and had fun.
What I took away from the whole process was BE PERSISTENT. Keep at it. Don't let anyone brush you off easily during the job hunting process.

All the questions were pretty normal, such as "If you have a supervisor that you don't get along with what do you do?" and the like.

Filled out application on website. In about 10-14 days received an email for a open house Job Interview. Introduce self in front of about 10 people. Recruiter then dismiss those that do not stand out. Next, you take a Math Assessment(multiply, subtract, addition). Then a group interview with two lead staff members. Next day you are paired with a slot attendant and they will let you know about the job and show you around.. Final Day group panel interview. There were about 10 people (that applied for different positions) and 2 lead staff members. If chosen you will fill out paper work that day and issue a drug screening test. (first day will be 3-4 hours) (2nd day optional took 1 hour) ( final day took 1.5 hours)

Interviews are usually very laid back. They are trying to get a feel as to how well you will provide guest service. Personality is very important as well as customer service experience. Past attendance record should be good. Dealing with money is a plus since you will be handling large amounts of cash during payouts of jackpots.
