I met with a recruiter and had a follow up interview with essentially the hiring manager. The interview was very friendly and direct in terms of what experience they were looking for. It very much felt more like a conversation and discussion as opposed to a rigid and scripted interview, which I appreciated. The interviewer was on time and very attentive to my responses. I unfortunately did not end up having some of the desired experience they were looking for in this role, but notification was prompt and the recruiter followed up to provide valuable feedback afterwards.
