It is a long process. Cadence took 4 rounds of interviews in 4 weeks time and after that no update from recruitment team. I started following up after 10 days on the status only reply i get is we are still waiting for the feedback from the team( i received the same feedback 6 times after each of my followup email.. After multiple followups in 2 months after the interview they said im not selected for the position. They wasted 3 months of time without any proper updates.
