30 minutes phone screening with HR + 1-hour technical phone with the hiring manager. Onsite one week later: 7 interviews with no break! (no lunch, no water, no coffee). The youngest interviewer was at least 60! The wort interview ever! except for one guy, all the rest were rude and trying to humiliate. No respect at all. The hardware guys keep asking hardware verification until you don't know the answer and then they start bragging about themselves. Software guys are softer!
