The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter called and asked me for my status and my availability for a phone screen with the hiring manager. I had a one hour phone screen with the manager and at the end of the interview he told he will invite me for onsite interview to meet with others. I had three onsite interviews due to availability of the interviewers and the recruiter was very upfront about this and asked me for my approval before proceeding. Since I had no issues coming onsite multiple times, we moved forward. After the onsite interviews I got an offer and accepted it few days later. So, it's very routine.

I have applied to a position and a month after I have received a call from the hiring manager, (without an email to schedule this call). I was scheduled to come for a 3.5 hours interview for the following week. About 3 weeks after I had additional phone interview and 2 weeks after I l have received the offer.
