This was by far one of the worst interview experiences I've had.
The interview was scheduled as a face-to-face discussion, but the interviewer seemed completely unprepared. Despite claiming to have more than 12 years of experience, he was unable to ask even basic technical questions correctly. Most of the interview consisted of reading printed multiple-choice questions and asking for outputs without any meaningful technical discussion.
What was even more surprising was that the interviewer couldn't clearly explain the project, the team's work, or the actual responsibilities of the role. It felt like he himself had very little understanding of what the team was doing.
I invested my time expecting a professional and technically engaging discussion, but the entire process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
Overall, an extremely poor experience that reflects badly on the company's hiring standards.
