Chatted with the manager for 20 minutes and then got a tour of the restaurant. Then I shadowed another server and helped out for about 30 minutes to an hour.

What is your experience in the restaurant industry?
Requires industry experience, detail-oriented staff training, and a professional commitment above many food industry jobs. We went over company policies, my resume, scheduling, and overall expectations in detail. The interview was a multi-stage process of resume submission, interview, training period, and definitely not drop-off-your-resume-and-start-next-week.
