Very nice people, very family oriented. I was referred through a staffing agency, so the initial contact I had was the day of the interview. I felt overdressed, as the company is business casual. Everyone was in either jeans and a nice sweater, or khakis and a dress shirt. I brought my resume and references but didn't need either. I did however fill out their application to which I added the references.
