A recruiter contacted me and after talking with connections I have inside I applied to a public offer. I a short talk with someone with someone at talent I I was sent the car pooling challenge. Talent guy was helpful clarifying me that the tests needed to pass otherwise they didn't even had a look to it. After I submitted it I got three comments. First one was correct but then I got these two (in async, by email): - No code documentation - Challenge is incomplete. How can you say that the challenge is incomplete without saying why? This is totally disrespectful with a candidate that have invested its time. I replied to talent guy and I got no answer so far... Please do first a short technical interview with an EM and then be more respectful with the time the candidates have invested.
