I had a series of onsite interviews plus an engineering take home test. I spent a good 8 hours on the test during my free time. I heard back that they really liked the result and they would like me to come in once more for a last face to face. After that, it has really been an exercise in frustration trying to communicate with HR. Weeks went by with me sending emails asking for some kind of resolution but no reply. Or I would get a reply with some excuse and then no firm answer on whether they want to move forward with an offer or not. Eventually, I just gave up trying to reach them. This has been by far the worst experience I have had with HR, really really really unprofessional
