Entrevista
I had a one on one interview with the manager of the department. We used the company conference room and discussed multiple topics and experiences. As well as ideas to improve efficiency of the department. We also discussed other internal candidates and the opinion of them. We spent some time going over the process and responsibilities of a department lead. Largely it was a fluid conversation which lasted several hours.
