I was contacted within a few days to schedule an interview. It was very brief. The typical questions were asked. Why do I want to work there etc. I was told they would be in touch. They called me 3 weeks later to ask if I was available for a phone interview the following week. So I've had two interviews and it's been over a month now. I called to follow up and the Manager on duty said it's a rather long process. Seriously? It's not NASA or the CIA that I was interviewing for. By the time they let me know something I will have found another job. Not sure how they hire anyone if that's just how they roll. So if you need a job quickly then I would skip applying.
