From my perspective, the recruitment process was very smooth and comfortable. The recruiter, Amit was flexible with scheduling and I truly felt she was looking out for me to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. After our formal conversation, she decided to move forward and schedule an interview for me, and she was very considerate about my availability. We ended up scheduling an interview fairly quickly with Aviv, the team lead. Aviv was great from the very beginning he made me feel at home and comfortable to speak openly, which really helped me express myself properly. Although I didn’t move forward due to internal reasons on their side, they left the door open and mentioned they would be happy to stay in touch and update me about future opportunities. I learned a lot from the take home assignment and I’m very thankful for the experience!
