The interview process was speedy, smooth and efficient from start to finish - I was really impressed by Yara, the Talent Acquisition Specialist at CXG. I completed an initial interview with her and she spoke to me about CXG, my previous experience and motivations for applying for this role. A few days later, I was told I had made it to the next round and was sent a technical test (creating a PPT report based on data given to me). After completing this, it was only a few days before I was told I made it to the final interview with the VP of Data and the manager of the team. They were friendly and open, asking me about my background, understanding of the work, and gave me a bit of feedback on my technical test. 2 business days later, and I received a job offer!

I applied through the company website. Then a HR reached out and conducted an online interview. It went smoothly, and the interviewer was nice and supportive. However, unclear communication followed. I passed the technical assessment yet was ghosted after taking the personality test. I did send a follow-up email to the HR only to remain ghosted for weeks.
