I did a one hour phone interview. Very detailed but a laid back / professional one. Followed by a seconds interview that had 3 role play calls. No complaints. The recruiter and manager of the department we're both on the first call. A senior agent who does reviews was my role play caller.

First step after applying was an online assessment consisting of questions about general GDS and travel agent related questions. Next step was a group interview with HR and two account managers. A couple days later an onsite interview with an account manager in a local office. Finally, one last telephone interview with the two account managers.
