All communication done via electronic system 1st stage - telephone based 2nd stage - travelled 9 hours in total to their head office in Diss. Promised that I would receive a phone call in a weeks time for the outcome. Didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks until I chased and then a week later recieved a generic email response saying how I had been unsuccessful. Surely after traveling for 9 hours the HR team would have the courtesy to ring me via the telephone for feedback! Very disappointed
