Impersonal and cold. From the first email through to a lack of any contact post interview it felt like a complete corporate machine. At no point pre interview did I receive any personal communication from a human being and the interviewers appeared inexperienced

Basic 1 on 1 interview with employee less expedited and without commercial aptitude. Standard of Director is more like a supervisor at most FTSE 250 companies, unfortunately over promoted in an industry full of vets who think they can do commercial roles with no people skills. People brought from outside don’t last long even though they are far better.
