The entire interview process was well structured. I was evaluated through Multiple Rounds as follows: 1. Recruiter 2. Technical 3. Managerial 4. Behavioral Once I went through all the rounds, I was shared the decision within two weeks' time, as they were also evaluating other candidiates. I loved the transparancy and honesty throughout the process. I experienced that all the interviewers were very knowledgeable in their respective area of work and if I didn't know answer of a question, they gave hints or shared details to help me learn as part of the process. All in all, I loved the experience as I felt at ease during each stage of the process, and I felt very comfortable. It was more like discussion and not just Q&A.
