I applied online, they called me about a week after. I called back the next day, and they asked me to come in a same day interview. The SM interviewed me and he was really nice, he did the majority of the talking. What was good about working at CVS, what they were looking for, and what would happen next. I feel they had a certain urgency about hiring anyone, so that's why it was easy. That was on a Tuesday, on Friday morning I got an email job offer.

The interview process was quite easy, good, direct, straightforward and informative. The interviewer was also very respectful and asked appropriate questions. It did not take a very long time. I was satisfied with it

Did not hear from them until about a month after I applied. Had an interview the day they called and requested one, and then I started working about a week later.

What is your expected salary?
The feel of the interview really depends on the pharmacy manager who is interviewing you. For me it was not intimidating and she made me feel comfortable. Quick interview with just a few basic questions.
