There were two interviewers in the meeting. They asked me general customer service representative interview questions and went over what I could expect in training and the role. The interview was an hour long and they answered all of my questions.
The interview was done via zoom, the interviewer used an avatar which made it more comfortable for me, I also had that option. She asked the basic scenario questions and further into the job description.

Assessment, first interview, second, offer. Second interview was over an hour. It was a very enjoyable experience for me. I enjoyed the dialogue and the entire process. CVS seems to care about its name. That impressed me as so many care about nothing but the bottom line.

Entrevista
The interview process was very informative. It provided me with much needed information such as the duties of the Health Concierge. We also discussed pay, benefits, attendance policy, and the company video viewed prior to coming to the interview.
