The first round of interviews was conducted using Hirevue where you submit video responses to questions they ask you. I had to answer 3 behavioral questions and then a few about work authorization. They also give you a chance at the end to let them know anything else about yourself.

Describe a time when you changed the way something was done. How did you challenge the status quo? How did you gain support? How did you overcome obstacles?
For the first round of interviews, CVS Health uses Hirevue. With Hirevue, you submit video responses to questions. This one had 3 behavioral questions. They give you the question and about a minute to prepare an answer. After that, you have about two minutes to answer the question and you have two attempts.
