Applied online, the only way you can apply. Talked to the manager to set up an interview. After they receive your online application, they call you to set up a meeting. They ask basic questions for the position and do a background check.

Simple and fast interview process. Mostly behavioral questions about customer service. Manager was friendly and clear about expectations. Dress neatly and be prepared to discuss your availability and past experience.
