Entrevista
The process is very long and lengthy. It starts as a normal application then goes into about two hours worth of situational questions about your personality. From there, an in person interview is conducted with the store manager. After the interview I was told a decision would be made by the end of the week. An offer was made about two days later.

Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
