Applied online, received an interview invite a few days later. Brief phone screen with training manager then in person interview with same person. No structure whatsoever. Manager was alone due to call outs and not enough hours (as I was told). Store was an absolute disaster, and this was a training location...I honestly threw out my clothes later after sitting in that office for over an hour. Interview was interrupted frequently due to manager covering store alone.
