My interview experience at CVS Health was straightforward and professional. After applying online, I received a call from the store/recruiter for a brief screening about my availability and experience. This was followed by a short interview with the hiring manager, where they asked mostly behavioral questions focused on customer service, handling busy situations, teamwork, and why I wanted to work at CVS. The interview lasted about 20–30 minutes, was conversational, and scenario-based. After that, I was informed about the next steps, which included the background check and drug screening before the offer.

Took them about 2 months to call me in for an interview. Was offered the job the next day. Had to do a drug screening and background check. Once this is done you will have a four hour orientation and then start online modules and OTJ traning
