Entrevista
It was an interview via phone call and was very quick and straight to the point. It ended with the recruiter basically saying I’m going to be processed and will need to fill out forms. After sending the first form I’ve heard nothing. After various tries to get in contact, nothing. Got contacted by another person, no responses after the initial message, no way to contact them. This kept happening 2 other times. After a month and a half of trying to reach someone, someone finally reached out and so far so good.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
