Entrevista
Received a phone call, didn't realize it was from the state practice manager. She essentially began an impromptu interview. Then talked with the district manager and voluntarily went to shadow a provider to see what the day was like. (That was a great idea). The interview process was very non-threatening, but was definitely very focused.

I first interviewed with the recruiter. We discussed the position and the requirements, the history of the organization, and the benefits, and I had the opportunity to ask questions. My second interview was with the regional medical director. Most of those questions were to determine whether the candidate's values, beliefs, patient focus, and goals align with those of the organization. It was recommended that I meet the team at the site. Before the site visit, I had to sign a Patient Confidentiality Document via DocuSign. The site visit was approximately 4.5 hours. During that time, I met with the site medical director and the staff members. I had the opportunity to see the daily operations. I had an interview with the site director. This included my work experience, a case study, and how I would manage this patient. Other questions included resolving conflicts with coworkers, handling criticism, and customer satisfaction.
It was lengthy - a meeting with a recruiter, a video interview, then a virtual interview. Recruiter was friendly but late with our meeting. I'm not sure what else to say.
