Easy process: I was referred by a previous employee to the district manager, filled out the online application, and was hired based on the high recommendation I was given. I did not interview, rather was called with an offer after submitting my application. I was told by the manager on the call that I came highly recommended, but obviously the employee who referred me to the job was a trusted source to the district manager. Potential Employees now are always interviewed.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
