The process started with a brief phone interview one day, then an email to set up an interview date, then the in person interview. The interview was difficult, but the individual was pleasant. Standard interview questions. Then a second interview was had to kind of ask final questions that may have been a bit of a concern for the individual. I received a call within the next few days. I was told to call the HR individual at a certain time, I did and an offer was made.
