Did application online got called the second day for a interview waited 15 minutes with another girl to get called to the back where the manger and the assistant manager interviewed me. This was a cool interview very chilled and laid back basic questions about customers service. One thing I say is their customer service is very hands on.

What does customer service mean to you? How would you handle a angry customers? What can you bring to this company? Where do you see yourself with this company 5 years from now?
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Entrevista
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
