In looking for a job, I just went to the Pharmacist to build some rapport. After talking to him for a few minutes, he told me he'd give me a call. It took a lot longer than anticipated to get an interview (about a month), but once I did it was practically an on-site hire.

What is your expected salary?
The feel of the interview really depends on the pharmacy manager who is interviewing you. For me it was not intimidating and she made me feel comfortable. Quick interview with just a few basic questions.
