I was interviewed and hired within a very short time of each other. The interview process was very relaxed and was more about learning about my personality rather than my work experience (which I was happy about) since the position required 12 hour work shifts he needed to make sure we would all get along

Was asked basic questions regarding experience and given very few details of position. Onboarding process took almost 2 months. Has to wait additional time for drug testing and background check
