I got a screening interview call a few days after applying and it went well. I was happy to get an email a few days later asking to schedule a 60 minute interview with the hiring team. I sent them my availability and didn’t get any responses for a week. Sent it again, and got no response. Then, to my surprise, I got a phone call asking me to schedule the interview. I missed it because I was in an exam, and I called back just to go to voicemail, but left a nice one with my availability. The caller said they would send me a follow up email to their call, never did. I emailed them again with my availability, and never got a response. Finally today I unsurprisingly got a rejection email, probably because I never scheduled the interview. Well, I had tried really hard to, but the hiring staff clearly can’t communicate.
