There is an initial interactive quiz that is taken within the desired store. Based on this quiz, your application will move forward or not, regardless of qualifications. After your quiz is submitted and accepted, the store manager and pharmacist will conduct individual interviews to view work ethic and temperament. If these pass then a drug test will follow and you are hired

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
