The online assessment test is bizarre & I don't even know if I passed yet or not. The situation question answers to choose from are all very similar & frustrating.
Example:
A customer has been searching for a specific type of sunscreen but has been unable to locate it would you most likely or least likely choose the following (you have to pick one of each out of four questions).
A) Explain to the customer where the sunscreen can be found & follow up with them later to make sure that they found the sunscreen they were looking for.
B) Explain to the customer where the sunscreen can be found & offer to walk them to it.
C) Explain where the sunscreen can be found & tell them about a cheaper brand to save them money.
D) Explain to the customer where the sunscreen can be found & ask them if there's anything else you can help them with.
What the hell? How can you pick the best & worst answer out of these?? A pharmacist from the program said regarding the test that the customer is ALWAYS right & you do just about anything to make them happy. But calling your manager isn't a great idea because they are busy. Um okay? So do you go against store policy and accept a photocopied coupon or call your manager to make sure it's okay to do? Who knows?! Really not a good assessment of anything if they don't tell you anything going in & expect you to answer these.
The which are most like you & least like you questions are basically the same 4-6 questions asked over & over phrased slightly differently. They ask about being rewarded or praised for work vs making customers happy or getting big $, working for a company that is highly recognizable vs a company that promotes health and wellness, being competitive or not, having your job respect your time for family vs taking your time to help co-workers, working in a high-paced or stressful environment vs a calm and relaxed environment, turn what your manager asks or just doing what you think you should. So slave labor. Yikes.

Didn’t even interview got a call from the pharmacy lead and she asked me if I was still interested and then continue to offer me the job. She asked me what if the pay was okay and then that was the end of the interview and I was signing the acceptance letter right after!

Applied online, got an email about a week later saying they wanted to hire me, then went in for a drug test and background check, then started working there and taking the classes that they offer
