Online process with questions, virtual job experience, and face-to-face interview. If all goes well with those, the company will send out another email referencing background check, drug test at a Minute Clinic location, then confirmation of hire or not. If hired, the new hire will be contacted as to the location of the training class and time.

The first stage was interview me on behavioral questions. The next stage is to take a VJT. Then you will move on to the next stage with an interview with the store manager. The recruiter was kind and outgoing.
