The interview process itself was ok, though not very structured in terms of questions etc., it didn’t feel like they had taken the time to read my CV properly and get to know me a little from that. The time waiting for feedback was not ok, I reached a third stage interview which meant spending time and money attending and they never bothered to contact me with the outcome, despite me having chased this up after having waited for 2 weeks. I realised that I had been unsuccessful when I saw the post advertisement had been put out again.
