I highly suggest avoiding to apply. As soon as you apply they ask you for your resume, which of course is fine. Then the lies start. They claim you just need to fill a quick form, then a 15 registered video interview, and then 1 hour coding challenges. So before you're completing those, you will not talk with a human. But of course, it can be fine, 1 hour and 15 minutes can still be reasonable if that's a chance to show your skills. The problem is that first of all, you need to answer a series of highly repetitive questions (they would find the answer to those in any good resume). And some of the questions have NOTHING to do with the job post (sys admin question in a front-end WordPress position). The form itself took me almost 1.5 hours. It's also filled with relative strong language: "don't copy paste, or use AI, or else we will reject you immediately." Not exactly verbatim but something along those lines. Then it comes the technical task. Which is NOT 1 hour. You need to develop a full custom template, with multiple custom WordPress theme settings, with a form. You're only allowed to use a plugin for the form. But even if you could use ONLY plugins there would not be enough time to get it done in 1 hour. It's a 10 hour job. And then you will need to upload your work in this same form. Then there's the video, and of course, it does NOT require 15 minutes as they say. They also ask you salary expectations and other stuff at this stage. It's quite worrying, because they will likely get hundreds of developer from all over the world (job description said that), so you will invest at least 12 hours for this application, without even knowing if your salary expectations are realistic. I also read other reviews that they simply don't reply to applications. I bet that's the case because how can you check 100s of custom templates as a company? It would be necessary an army of developers. TL;DR: they don't respect your time, you will not talk to a human being unless you invest at least 12 hours in applying. I can't even imagine how work is at this company if this is their welcome. Difficulty is average to low, but the application bit is really long. And remember that this is only the first step, because other interviews will follow and from what I read here on Glassdoor, other unpaid tests!
