Submitted application and received an email asking for a 90 minute skill test and video interview. This is just the screening process and not an actual interview. It is ludicrous to expect a person to spend 1.5 hours of our time on basic screening questions. In addition, no quality mock up of a website could be made in that short of time. We use a system that allows you to submit a short introductory video of yourself (only required for some tests), as well as take a skills test demonstrating your abilities. The system saves hours of your time by allowing you to do the interview at a time and place of your choosing where you are most comfortable. If we feel you would be a good fit for us, we will contact you for the final interview which will be conducted with a recruiter via Skype. The skills test will include: * Questionnaire * Web Design Mockup (Photoshop required) * Video Interview (video camera will be needed) The skills test will take approximately 90 minutes. Please keep in mind that if you do need more time to complete a test, you should feel free to take it as the test will not cut off. It will show us the time you took to complete it, but this is a fairly small factor.
