Overall, the interview selection process lasted about three weeks,. They asked to complete a test task, I did and submitted, and then the next stage they asked to completed another one, which was unusual to me, but I did it again

There were over 3 test and despite of telling them a minimum wage that I can work upon before each test the offer still came to be one-third of my current market value (way below local entry level), and still subject to evaluation.
So please before attempting any test do make sure what price they are ready to pay for your services.
