Combination of group, simulation and individual face to face meeting. Multiple panels and forum interviews as well. The interview was in Jacksonville, Fl and it lasted for one full day. Multiple formats with multiple people.

A great, conversational interview. Interviewer opened with talk that led to a less intimidating process. Many questions were answered before I could think to ask. Critical thinking, scenario based questions.

Entrevista
Conducted phone interview. I was invited to Jacksonville for the face to face interview. The first portion was another interview similar to the phone interview, the next session included a live actor to conduct a counseling session and finally three other candidates were presented a problem and we had to work on it together.

Process was not difficult but it was time consuming. The face to face interviews, where a round robin of events. They fly you out for one day, and they do the interview process at the hotel you are staying in.
