Several rounds of interviews, including telephone interview with HR, panel interview with HR & 3 directors, and two 1:1 interviews with senior leaders. None of the questions asked were difficult at all. Everyone was nice, but I was also caught up in the nostalgia of moving to a new company, so I advise anyone seeking a job here to seek opinions from people throughout the building as you're walking around the campus.
